Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the iDox.ai Loyalty Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Loyalty Program is open to corporate customers who have made a minimum qualifying purchase as specified by iDox.ai.
1.2 Participants must be 18 years of age or older and employees of a registered company or organization.
1.3 iDox.ai reserves the right to verify ligibility and disqualify any participant at its discretion.

2. Program Benefits

2.1 Conference Trip: Eligible members will receive an all-expenses-paid trip up USD $2,000 to an industry-relevant conference sponsored by iDox.ai. Specific conferences will be chosen by iDox.ai each year.
2.2 Receipts Submission: To qualify for the conference trip and yearly discount, participants must submit travel receipts. These receipts must be provided upon request or as part of a periodic review by iDox.ai.
2.3 Yearly Discount: Members will be entitled to an annual discount on iDox.ai products and services. The discount rate will be communicated upon joining the program and may vary based on the member's purchase history.

3. Requirements for Participation

3.1 Use Case Submission: Participants must provide a detailed use case of how iDox.ai products or services are utilized in their organization. This use case may be featured in iDox.ai marketing materials, including but not limited to, case studies, website content, and promotional campaigns.
3.2 Corporate Logo Usage: Participants agree to allow iDox.ai to use their corporate logo for marketing and promotional purposes, such as case studies, website listings, and social media promotions.

4. Program Duration and Renewal

4.1 Membership in the Loyalty Program is valid for one calendar year from the date of acceptance.
4.2 Renewal for the following year is subject to iDox.ai’s review of the member's engagement and purchase history.
4.3 iDox.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time,with or without prior notice.

5. Discounts and Benefits

5.1 Yearly discounts are applied to qualifying purchases made during the membership period and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Discounts and conference trip benefits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 iDox.ai reserves the right to terminate a participant's membership in the Loyalty Program if any fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these terms is detected. May cancel their membership at any time by contacting iDox.ai customer support. No refunds or prorated discounts will be provided for the remaining membership period.

7. Data Privacy

7.1 iDox.ai will collect and use personal and corporate data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the iDox.ai website.
7.2 Participants' submitted use cases and logos will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions unless explicit permission is granted for additional uses.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where iDox.ai is incorporated. Loyalty Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
